One-time grant for mountain municipality residents
Tuscany's 'Mountain Residency' programme offers grants for people who purchase or rent in qualifying mountain municipalities under 5,000 inhabitants. The funds can be used for purchasing a home or covering relocation and settling-in costs.
Eligibility
Must purchase or rent housing in one of 119 participating mountain municipalities. Must establish primary residency. No age limit specified. Foreigners with legal residency eligible.
